Monthly Parking FAQs

Q: How can I start monthly contract parking? 
A: Go to our Monthly Parking page to download a contract. Your completed contract application, first month's fee, and a fully refundable $20.00 deposit (cash or check only) can be delivered to our St Paul office.

Q: Can I use my monthly permit at any location? 
A: Monthly contract parkers have 24/7 access to their particular location only. Permits are valid for one location only. 

​Q: I paid a $20.00 refundable deposit for my monthly contract parking pass. What do I need to do to receive the full refund?
A: Monthly contract parkers are required to submit a notice of cancellation to accounting@keefecoparking.com no less than 30 days prior to their last day of parking. Once parking privileges have expired, the parking pass must be returned to our main office. Any instructions specific to your parking location will be on the contract parking application form you filled out to start your parking privileges. All refunds are made from our main office. Please allow 2 weeks for the receipt of your deposit by US mail.

General FAQs

Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Currently the Block 19 (145 E 7th St) and Robert St Ramp (95 E 7th St) locations can be paid by credit card for daily or monthly parking fees. Credit Cards are also accepted at all of our surface parking lots (for daily and monthly parking) either at the parking kiosk, on the Passport pay by phone app., or at our St. Paul office. 

Monthly Parkers: We offer automatic monthly payment by credit card with your written authorization; forms available here.


Q: I have received a  violation notice on my car. What should I do? 
A: Please visit the PAY VIOLATIONS tab on this web page.

Q: What are the mailing address and phone numbers for sending correspondence to Keefe Co. Parking? 
A: See About Us.

Q: I paid this morning, but had to leave the lot for an hour before returning. Do I have to pay the daily fee again? 
A: Yes; no credit is given if you decide to vacate your paid parking stall prior to the expiration of your paid time.

Q: How do I exit the Block 19 and Robert Street Municipal ramps when no cashier is working? 
A:Both facilities feature automated pay stations at the exits. Cash and credit cards are accepted.

Q: How high is the clearance inside the Block 19 and Robert St Ramps?
 A: Block 19 has a clearance of 8’2” on levels 1-2, and 7’0” on levels 3 and up. Robert St. has a clearance of 8’2” on level 1 and 6’10” on levels 2 and up.
