Monthly Parking FAQs
Q: How can I start monthly contract parking?
A: To inquire about availability for a specific month, please email the office at [email protected].
Q: Can I use my monthly permit at any location?
A: Monthly contract parkers have access to their particular location only. Permits are valid for one location only.

General FAQs
Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Currently the Block 19 (145 E 7th St) and Robert St Ramp (95 E 7th St) locations can be paid by credit card for daily or monthly parking fees. Credit Cards are also accepted at all of our surface parking lots (for daily and monthly parking) either at the parking kiosk or on the Passport pay by phone app.
Q: I have received a violation notice on my car. What should I do?

Q: What are the mailing address and phone numbers for sending correspondence to Keefe Co. Parking?

Q: I paid this morning, but had to leave the lot for an hour before returning. Do I have to pay the daily fee again?
A: Yes; no credit is given if you decide to vacate your paid parking stall prior to the expiration of your paid time.
Q: How do I exit the Block 19 and Robert Street Municipal ramps when no cashier is working?
A: Both facilities feature automated pay stations at the exits. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
Q: How high is the clearance inside the Block 19 and Robert St Ramps?
A: Block 19 has a clearance of 8’2” on levels 1-2, and 7’0” on levels 3 and up. Robert St. has a clearance of 8’2” on level 1 and 6’10” on levels 2 and up.
